I was Banned for using so called "XRay"

Recently today i was mining for ores when suddenly i was banned for "Xraying" with No evidence of using this or no warnings. I would like to know wether i could be reinstated due to a Misuse of Banning against someone who is mineing

i have no idea what im looking at but if i was to guess this would be the ores that i mined in the cave and when i started to tunnle i guess

i am not one to argue with but i must say that the inconvenience this is showing is lacking areas such as caves and mine shafts which contain a range of randomly spawning ores. i am sorry if my appeal is being rather annoying but i still feel that this system is quite unfair. But i am not willing to argue so i shall go.
also what i do admit to is using guide lines such as this in order to find ores

You don't get banned for merely finding ores in a mineshaft. I've found diamonds within a few minutes of each other before, which isn't abnormal. But you know what you did wrong.

again...no comment on how we catch the xrayers, that would be stupid. However we do have our own tame plugin programmer.

That's the problem i don't know what i did wrong? im being accused of somehow using xray due to mining diamonds which spawned near each other within a system of caves. from what i have recently researched xray is a mod which requires a command, and i believe there is a way to see the commands that i put in that day? so if i did xray then wouldn't the command come up withing the logs?

It is common knowledge there are X-ray mods, and X-ray texture packs. Neither of these definitely require the use of a command to activate. Your argument is invalid

i apologize that i am not use to knowing such things as xrays as before i was banned i had no idea that it was possible, although i should have expected it considering I was on a tardis server. Also im not playing "dumb" as i genuinely had no idea.

all i will say is that if i truly used xray wouldn't it come up on other servers data bases.
